The last 27 days on the sanctions lists, 22 September – 19 October 2026: 2489 changes — 280 additions, 149 removals and 2060 amendments across the EU, OFAC, UK and UN lists. The lists moved on 17 of those 27 days.
The busiest single day was Tuesday 13 October with 1402 changes. Most of the movement ran through EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List (1354 entries). By programme, programme GB-AQD led with 133 entries.
The cadence is the point: a client screened once and filed away was re-screened against none of those days. Ongoing monitoring re-checks the same names every time the lists move, so the file ages with the lists instead of behind them.
