The last 28 days on the sanctions lists, 29 September – 26 October 2026: 3929 changes — 339 additions, 154 removals and 3436 amendments across the EU, OFAC, UK and UN lists. The lists moved on 19 of those 28 days.
The busiest single day was Saturday 24 October with 1498 changes. Most of the movement ran through EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List (2852 entries). By programme, programme GB-AQD led with 116 entries.
The cadence is the point: a client screened once and filed away was re-screened against none of those days. Ongoing monitoring re-checks the same names every time the lists move, so the file ages with the lists instead of behind them.
