The week dissected, 5–9 October 2026: 93 additions, 130 removals and 199 amendments across the EU, OFAC, UK and UN lists.
Who the entries concern: 280 persons, 103 companies and other legal entities, 39 vessels. The busiest day was Friday 9 October with 170 changes. Most of the movement ran through UK Sanctions List (217 entries). By programme, programme US-SDNT led with 80 entries, ahead of programme US-IRAQ2 at 41.
For screening teams the type split is the work plan: person entries are name-and-date matching; legal-entity entries need ownership unwrapping before a match can be cleared; vessel entries reach into trade-finance and charter files.
