The last 28 days on the sanctions lists, 18 August – 14 September 2026: 416 changes — 237 additions, 16 removals and 163 amendments across the EU, OFAC, UK and UN lists. The lists moved on 13 of those 28 days.
The busiest single day was Tuesday 25 August with 131 changes. Most of the movement ran through OFAC SDN List (255 entries). By programme, OFAC's Iran programme (US-IRAN) led with 106 entries.
The cadence is the point: a client screened once and filed away was re-screened against none of those days. Ongoing monitoring re-checks the same names every time the lists move, so the file ages with the lists instead of behind them.
