The last 28 days on the sanctions lists, 28 July – 24 August 2026: 1220 changes — 375 additions, 132 removals and 713 amendments across the EU, OFAC, UK and UN lists. The lists moved on 13 of those 28 days.
The busiest single day was Tuesday 4 August with 620 changes. Most of the movement ran through UN Security Council Consolidated List (652 entries). By programme, ISIL/Da'esh sanctions (UN-SCISIL) led with 363 entries.
The cadence is the point: a client screened once and filed away was re-screened against none of those days. Ongoing monitoring re-checks the same names every time the lists move, so the file ages with the lists instead of behind them.
