The movement concentrated in the EU's Ukraine territorial-integrity programme (EU-UKR) with 224 entries, followed by OFAC's counter-narcotics programme (US-NARCO) at 55 and OFAC's Iraq programme (US-IRAQ) at 36.
For screening teams: additions need matching against client and beneficial-owner files without delay; removals require the formerly-listed review before any relationship decision; amendments change alias data, which can shift both false positives and false negatives if not refreshed.
